About Framejar

Framejar was built by Mark Titman, based in the North of England — currently planning his own wedding, and the whole thing started because of it. While looking for a way for guests to share every photo and video from the day, Mark found plenty of options, but nothing that was genuinely simple: most either wanted guests to download an app, made an account mandatory, or compressed everything down in quality. So he built his own.

That first version, made for his own wedding, became the seed for Framejar. It's still run the same hands-on way — hosted on infrastructure Mark owns and operates himself in the UK, with every email answered by a real person rather than a support queue.

Our values
01

Privacy is not a feature, it's the default

Galleries are private by default, never public or searchable. We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or data-mine it — not as a marketing line, but because it's actually built that way from the ground up.

02

No quality trade-offs, no upsells

Full-resolution photos and video on every single tier — photos are never compressed, video is only compressed to save storage and never visibly, and nothing is gated behind a pricier plan. The £15 gallery gets exactly the same quality as the £45 one.

03

Effortless for the people who matter most: your guests

Guests scan a code and upload — no app, no account, nothing to remember. The whole point is that nobody at your wedding should have to think about the technology.

04

Run by a real person, not a faceless platform

Every email gets a real reply from an actual human. No support tickets vanishing into a queue, no chatbot standing in for a person.

05

Honesty over growth hacks

No dark patterns, no fake urgency, no burying the cancellation/refund policy. If something's not ready, we say so rather than oversell it.
